Start by calling us — seriously, that's it. You don't need to have your deposit sorted, your suburb decided, or your financials in order. A lot of first home buyers come to us at the very beginning and we help them map out exactly what they need to do, what they can borrow, and what to focus on first. There's no pressure and no cost. Just a conversation.
Nothing! Our service is completely free to you. We're paid a commission by the lender when your loan settles (which doesn't affect the rate or product you receive). We may sometimes charge a fee for very specific scenarios, and we'll dislose this upfront.
Of course! We operate Australia-wide. SMSF lending is our speciality regardless of where the property is located or where you're based. Most of our SMSF clients communicate with us remotely and find the process completely seamless.
When you go direct to a bank, you get that bank's products. When you use us, you get access to 40+ lenders — and someone who knows which one to use for your situation. We also handle the boring application, manage the process, and negotiate the rate. Banks don't do that for you.
Pre-Approvals can take anywhere from same-day to five business days once we have everything we need from you (depending on the lender). Full formal approval depends on the lender and your circumstances but we'll always give you an honest timeline upfront — and we chase lenders when they're dragging their feet!
Not at all. We're very digital here, which means we work with clients across Australia via phone, video call, email and our home loan portal. If you're local to Officer or the outer east and prefer to meet in person, we're happy to arrange that too - but the process works just as well remotely.
